What is Intuitive Reiki? Intuitive Reiki is a personalized Reiki experience that combines traditional Reiki with intuitive awareness. Each session is guided by intention and shaped around what you would like support with in the moment. As I facilitate Reiki, I remain attentive to what comes into my awareness. I may notice an area of the body, an emotion, image, word, sensation, or theme that seems to invite attention. When appropriate, I will share what I notice with you as an invitation for reflection, allowing you to decide what resonates with your own experience. The intention is to create a nurturing space that supports relaxation, balance, restoration, greater awareness, and whole-person well-being. What can I expect during a session? Before we begin, we will take a few moments to talk about what you are experiencing and anything you would like support around. You can then settle into a comfortable, quiet space while I facilitate Reiki from a distance. Distance Reiki allows us to share the Reiki experience while in separate locations, making it possible for you to receive your session from virtually anywhere—including the comfort and privacy of your own home. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotion, deep relaxation, clarity, renewed energy, or a greater sense of calm. Others experience a peaceful opportunity to rest and receive. Your experience will be uniquely yours.
