Introduction to Inner Healing Coaching

Service Description

Your introductory Inner Healing Coaching session gives us an opportunity to talk about what you are experiencing, what you would like to change or strengthen, and the vision you hold for your life. Together, we may explore patterns, beliefs, experiences, relationships, boundaries, or other areas that may be influencing how you feel, the choices you make, and how you are moving through your life today. My intention is to create a nurturing space where you feel supported as you gain greater awareness, recognize your strengths, trust your inner wisdom, and take steps that align with the life you desire. Because Inner Healing Coaching is personalized, if we decide to continue beyond the introductory session, we will talk about what may best support you—including the frequency of our sessions, the length of your coaching experience, the investment, and whether Reiki may complement your experience.
