I’ve long been drawn to the teachings of the late Louise Hay, and her inspirational message “You Can Heal Your Life”. I began listening to her Morning/Evening meditations over 30 years ago, and had the honor to serve as a volunteer at one of her I Can Do it conferences in San Diego, California.
Through her teachings, and other spiritual mentors, I came to understand that everything, including our physical bodies, as well as our thoughts, emotions, and memories are made of energy, and that each of us have the innate power to heal ourselves.
With that knowledge, and the desire to share this message in ways that has the potential to radically change the life of others, I was led to first become an Integrative Shadow coach, and to continue my process as a Reiki/Crystal Reiki Master.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is a term used to describe a variety of healing processes that utilize the natural mind-body connection. This holistic approach can effectively support the healing process by unblocking our energy fields, helping us to identify issues that may affect us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Energy healing processes are noninvasive, and have been used as a natural form of healing for centuries.
Energy Healing processes varies in methods and techniques, and act as a guide to assist the natural flow of energy through the chakra system within our body. These processes are based on the concept that every aspect of the body is intimately connected and that by accessing, channeling, balancing, and manipulating the body’s natural energy centers, the whole body is engaged in the healing process.
These pain-free practices work by rebalancing the body's energy and clearing the energy fields. By working directly with the energy, this influences everything from mental, spiritual, to physical well-being.
All energy healing processes require the healing practitioner to have an enhanced state of awareness, as well as the ability to focus and direct energy. Energy Healing practitioners can sense the presence of imbalance and dis-ease, using that as a guide, to realign or balance the natural flow of the energy in the recipient’s body.
One of the things I love most about Energy Healing is the various healing options available which allow the Energy Practitioners to customize their services to meet the needs of the recipient.
In our practice, we use Chakra Balancing, Crystal/Distance Reiki Healing as just a few ways to promote energy healing and to maintain inner balance.
While not a substitute for advice from your personal physician, Energy Healing may help you heal faster, supporting an easier recovery, by helping you to get in touch with the spiritual body.
Closing
Energy Healing isn’t a medical cure.
However, it could provide a path to identifying and releasing negative emotions that could be holding you back, and from experiencing the life you want on a physical, emotional, spiritual level. Sometimes we know what these blocks are—hurt feelings, unpleasant memories, and limiting beliefs. Sometimes they’re subconscious. Either way, we must remove them to change our lives.
Be it physical, emotional, or spiritual, Energy Healing processes can assist you in identifying and releasing negative emotions that may be holding you back, untangling energy, allowing it to flow smoothly.
Keep in mind; Energy Healers are only the channel for you to tap into your own innate ability to heal yourself. We must make a commitment to take personal responsibility for our own healing. One session may feel good and create changes; however, to transform and create new realities may require a series of sessions to truly reveal the subconscious beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that were created over a lifetime.
Anyone can benefit from energy healing. It is simply suggested that you go in with an open mind and a willingness to receive. If you are anxious, stressed or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced. And if you are already feeling good, you may leave your session feeling even better!
