Your guide to Reiki and Crystal Reiki

Our Energy Healing services take place in our Healing Room where we have created this nurturing space as an aid to support restoring your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

Energy healing processes are noninvasive, and have been used as a natural form of healing for centuries. The result of energy healing may be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, and is overall a relaxing and calming experience.

As healing practitioners, our intention is to be used as a channel to energetically connect to the recipient to facilitate their healing. The goal in each session is to restore harmony and balance in the recipient’s energy system, allowing self healing to occur.

Reiki healing uses a light touch—or no touch—above the body to influence and balance the body’s energetic field. Hands-on healing can help in releasing old patterns stuck in the subconscious and supports the client's overall growth. This healing process also assists the body’s capacity to heal faster, as it clears blockages and brings harmony and balance to the entire chakra system. In addition to the previously mentioned benefits, Crystal healing and Crystal Reiki healing are used to create a state of awareness that is focused and accesses a higher level of consciousness.

During Crystal Reiki, energy flows through the practitioner into the crystals and then into the recipient. This process holds the space for Reiki energy to activate and amplify the crystal energy. Just as sunlight shining through a crystal prism creates facets of light, Reiki energy passing through the crystals will create a specific energetic resonance within the recipient that their body will then use to address specific imbalances. The recipient may feel energy shifts—even cry—during the session as old energy clears and as energy moves and balances. Many things can affect our chakras from our physical environment to our emotions to our mental dialogue. It’s essential for good health, to be aware of how balanced or unbalanced our chakras are.

• Reiki is not a religion, and will not interfere or go against any religion.

• Reiki energy flows where it is needed, therefore, it is not necessary for you to believe in Reiki for it to work.

• Reiki healing is used to support other medical modalities including traditional therapies, and has no known risks.

• Healing processes work best if the recipient sets an intention to receive the healing, and is willing to take steps that are in alignment with consistently raising their consciousness to remain well.
