Reiki Healing
Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy, and a Japanese healing technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. As a Reiki practitioner, I use touch to channel energy to remove negative blocks, and to bring balance to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy levels. Reiki is also used in many hospitals as a compliment to medical treatments and therapies.
Experience Reiki
Reiki energies flow between the practitioner and the recipient during the Reiki session. The practitioner and/or the recipient may feel heat, warmth, cold, subtleness, steadfastness, or forcefulness. The fact that you can feel Reiki flowing is a verification that the energy is being welcomed.
Reiki is a safe hands-on-method of natural healing that activates, balances, and increases life force within us by using our own natural ability to take in positive energies that restore the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki sessions take place in a private, peaceful, and safe environment providing a holistic approach for overall well-being. Sessions are conducted while sitting in a chair or lying on a massage/Reiki table. The recipient is fully clothed, as the practitioner places their hands on or slightly above their body.
Receiving Reiki is a wonderfully passive experience. Relax and allow the flow of Reiki to relax you. Meanwhile, daydream, enjoy the music, observe your breath or the sensation your may experience during the session.
Distance Reiki Healing
Experience the benefits of Reiki Healing in the comfort of your own home.
Distance Reiki is the peaceful transfer of energy and an effective way for a practitioner to share Reiki with a recipient without being in the same space. This energy healing experience can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time. The Reiki Practitioner will typically receive permission from the recipient before performing Reiki Healing on someone who is not present.
Crystal Reiki Healing
During Crystal Reiki, energy flows through the practitioner into the crystals and then into the recipient. This process holds the space for Reiki energy to activate and amplify the crystal energy. Just as sunlight shining through a crystal prism creates facets of light, Reiki energy passing through the crystals will create a specific energetic resonance within the recipient that their body will then use to address specific imbalances.
The recipient may feel energy shifts—even cry—during the session as old energy clears and as energy moves and balances. Many things can affect our chakras from our physical environment, our emotions, to our mental dialogue. Reiki is a gentle experience which nurtures our mind, body, and spirit.
