Service Description

Shadow Work is a transformative process of identifying, exploring, and making peace with the parts of ourselves we have rejected, and have unconsciously hidden from ourselves and others. When we are consciously aware of our shadow self, our dark side as well as our light, we gain a sense of freedom from the past, and the power to actively choose to create the life we desire. The Be Transformed – Shadow Work process is a deeply intimate experience and is personalized based on the needs/desire of the client. Ongoing coaching sessions and investment will be discussed during your Introductory session.
